March at Playtime Wauchope was a month of growth, leadership and strengthening the everyday foundations that support children and families across our service. As we farewelled Crystal and welcomed Charlene into the Centre Manager role, alongside new leadership opportunities for Tammie and Mel, our focus remained on calm, consistent and high-quality early learning for children. We also shared exciting steps forward in connecting children more deeply with their local community through our Linky Littlies partnership, creating safe opportunities for excursions and real-world learning. Alongside this, our team continued strengthening child safety through national training updates, clear communication with families, and ongoing commitment to safe, responsive and inclusive practice every day.
